As a working mother of two, I balance my passions for vintage culture, motorcycles, kittens, and tattoos with my professional and personal life. I'm a college graduate, an author, and a master of sarcasm and laughter. After the heart-wrenching loss of my husband to ALS, I’ve learned to embrace life to the fullest, understanding its fleeting nature.
I believe kindness is a universal language that transcends all backgrounds. I stand for justice, honesty, patriotism, integrity, and authenticity. To me, everyone has worth and value. It's not about how hard we fall, but how we rise and continue forward that defines us. I choose happiness and strive to spread it to others, making it my ultimate superpower.
My life mottos reflect my core beliefs: "Say what you mean. Mean what you say. Demonstrate it in your words and actions," a lesson imparted by my high school English teacher, Joyce Boon, and "It's nice to be nice," wisdom from my mom. We don’t know our true strength until it’s tested, and it is in those moments that we find wisdom.
